By creating an account or using the YallaRent website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. YallaRent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
YallaRent is a car rental marketplace platform that connects users ("Renters") with car rental companies ("Providers") operating in Iraq. YallaRent acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles listed on the platform. All rental agreements are between the Renter and the Provider.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to notify YallaRent immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the Provider. Prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) and are set by the Providers. Payment terms, methods, and policies are determined by each Provider. YallaRent is not responsible for any payment disputes between Renters and Providers. Cancellation policies vary by Provider.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to: use the Service only for lawful purposes; provide valid identification and a valid driving license when required; treat rental vehicles with reasonable care; return vehicles on time and in the same condition as received; comply with all local traffic laws and regulations in Iraq; not use the Service to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
YallaRent is not liable for: the condition, safety, or legality of vehicles listed on the platform; any disputes between Renters and Providers; any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of rented vehicles; service interruptions or technical issues with the Service. YallaRent provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
